10 January 2008.   MicroLCS version 2 is available.

MicroLCS version 2, the commercially supported version, is now for sale. Although MicroLCS will remain open source, I have decided to offer full commercial support in order to provide better service and to be able to continue to improve the software.

The supported version comes with my commitment to you to do what it takes to get the software up and running and ready for use. Customers are also entitled to improvements to the software for a whole year, and are partners in the development process. Right now this is an OPAC and cataloging system, but circulation and other modules are under development.
